玖悅民宿(哈爾濱菸廠地鐵站醫大一院店) (Yueyue Homestay (Harbin Cigarette Factory Subway Station Medical University No.1 Hospital))

民宿位置很近地鐵站，和附近有吃的店，和有早市，民宿老闆問什麼都會回答我們，但是房間衛生一般般，有頭髮和灰塵，洗衣機很臭，紙巾，一次性拖鞋都要收錢，還沒有梳子

房間特別大，而且很整潔。有洗衣機、冰箱，設施很齊全。民宿也很安全，需要有鑰匙才可以使用大堂電梯。

체크인 할때 엘베 올라가려면 옆에 쪽문으로 가야해요 키가있어야 해서요 미리연락하면 좋을것같아요 사장님이 매우 친절하셔서 숙소 주변 맛집도 위쳇으로 다 알려주셔서 덕분에 양꼬치 잘 먹엇어요 위치는 택시도 잘잡히고 좋았어요

距離地鐵站和公交車站都很近，去中央大街、冰雪大世界等交通都很方便，房間比較安靜，衞生還可以。屋裡比較暖和。

太噁心了吧，這枕頭都是黃色的，床單都是黃的，與圖片一點不一樣，避坑吧，絕對不是惡意差評，純賣圖的，還不能取消

地段無敵的好，去哪都有直達的公交，晚上玩到10點多坐地鐵回來都沒問題，房東小夥挺熱情。房間大，電視也大，但房間設施還是要多維護一下，冰箱周圍兩個插座都是壞的，導致冰箱沒法用，燒水壺也沒法用，廁所燈也是壞的。我因為晚上11點多才入住，就沒説這些，畢竟這個價格在暑假的哈爾濱已經性價比很高了

The location is best as is very close to train station whereby we can take their train for most of the attractions but some locations may required to take teksi since the train does not reach. In terms of room space is considered quite spacious. There is few things that which we need to highlight as we was not aware of it after the first night. If you need to use hot water for shower, you cannot shower continuously one person after another person as the water heater need time to reboil the hot water. So we need to take around 20mins break for the water to get hot again and next person to shower. This is one of the backlog about this apartment which is part of how the whole building management was operate hence the owner can't do anything about it. Secondly, this is to highlight to the owner that if you can also help clean up the cabinet before the next customer checking in as we notice the cabinet underneath is quite dusty hence we dare not put anything underneath the cabinet and mostly on the top part of cabinet. Lastly, if the owner can also provide some simple utensil like fork, spoon or bowl for us to cook noodles, it will be nice coz we wanted to cook noodles to eat at night but there is no utensil and when we brought some apples in the market, there is no knife to use. Just need some simple utensil inside room is helpful for some travellers especially those with kids.

先説優點: 1.地理位置很好，樓下就是地鐵1號線，去哪都方便。 2.價格實惠，12月的哈爾濱酒店住宿很貴，民宿是比較不錯的選擇，空間大又有洗衣機、地暖等，該有的都有。 説下不足: 1.爾濱的民宿都有一個特點，抽紙、一次性拖鞋和一次性洗浴用品、馬桶坐墊等都是收費的，住的雙人大床房每天衹提供一瓶飲用水。雖然都是小細節，但給人一種扣扣搜搜的感覺。建議這些用品大家可以去**買，既便宜又量多。 2.比較致命的缺點是隔音效果幾乎為0，半夜外面一點動靜都能聽得一清二楚。 3.床很硬，睡喜歡軟床的要考慮一下。

交通便利，樓下便是地鐵站，吃飯方便，超市也很近，方便了顧客住宿。房間寬敞明亮，配有洗衣機和冰箱，方便顧客住宿，值得推薦給大家。

友善的建議導致受到種族歧視⁉️⁉️ 設備破爛、無熱水、態度惡劣🤪🤪🤪 非常不不不建議住在這裡，因為根據民宿老闆的建議應該住三級以上的酒店，不要住他的民宿 ☺️
